Mineral Club Meetings, Events, Workshops, Classes and Trips

Meetings are held every third Thursday of the month except July when we have a picnic (and the day might vary) and December when we have a Christmas event.  We meet in the Dougall Room at the Post Falls Senior Center at 1215 E. 3rd St. in Post Falls.   This is 1.2 miles east of Spokane Street.  Anyone is welcome at our meetings without obligation.

Adult dues are $10.00/yr.  Families are $17.50/yr.  Kids are free.  Dues must be received before January 1 for the following year.

Meetings begin at 6:30 PM with a short business meeting followed by a program that reflects our interests—sometimes a speaker, a demonstration, a film—even contests.  And always a “show and tell” with members displaying treasures or oddities. A silent auction for rocks and minerals is held each meeting night….and of course we have a social time with refreshments.

Many of our members have equipment they might share to let you learn, and you can take a “trip” through various collections.
